Hello there. I can understand your concern but your question is incomplete. Is there any discharge from that area? You should have also attached a picture of the lesion so that we could help you better. How to decide what you have now with such limited history? Apply ocupol eye ointment on the lesion and wash your eyes regularly. Don't touch the area unnecessarily an with dirty hands. You can apply warm compresses on that area.
