Apply metrogyl dg gel or dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the ointment contaminated saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.

Dry socket is a common complication of extraction, especially lower wisdom teeth. ZOE dressing is the treatment. Your pain wil reduce gradually. If the pain persist more than 5 days, visit the dentist for cleaning and flushing the area and new dressing.. You can apply  topical antibiotics  (Metrogyl Dgel)  for fast healing. Take combination of antibiotics (Amoxycillin 500mg and metrogyl 400mg) and Diclomol SP for three days. Rinse mouth thoroughly with luke warm salt water. Apply ice pack externally at the affected area.
