Swelling after circumcision

My stapler circumcision done on 19/08/2022 and my ring fallen on 9th day. From first day It has huge swelling on my glan pennis area . And it's 18 th day still having huge swelling. I went to doctor again. He has given trypsin-chymotrypsin tablets for 5 days. And i consumed it. Nothing has changed. It completely disturbs my personal and professional life. And I'm in depression. Please suggest anything which heals fast.
