Swellen in chest

My chest both chest is swelled and hardness in nipple reason and pain sometime. It is from last 3 year. I consulted with a doctor 1 year he said its normal but till didn't get relief. Please give me opinion.

hey, it could be gynecomastia ,do you have  enlargement of nipple? most cases of gynecomastia regress over time without treatment. However, if gynecomastia is caused by an underlying condition, such as hypogonadism, malnutrition or cirrhosis, that condition may need treatment
