After 3rd time of mating, my foreskin got stuck behind the glans and there is swell under glans. It's been 3 days and I have been using steroid/ antifungal cream and antibiotic tablets to cure myself but there is no improvement till now. When I get erection I feel pain but pain goes away when there is no erection. However, other than swelling I don't have other symptoms like itching or redness and also no trouble in urinating. Please help me find better solution for this. I don't want to go under surgery. Thanks in advance.

This is called paraphimosis and needs manual reduction by urologist, otherwise it may be more problematic.
