3days back it started with small pimple on 3rd finger middle falange. The pimple looks white at center and was filled with watery liquid. Second day finger started swelling and the swelling increased 2 and 3rd day... Now its constant. The pain is stinging/stiching type only in affected finger above the pimple including pimple nearby area. The nail and that side of the finger does not have any swelling. The pains are worse when the hand is hanging downward direction. If I hold the hand-up direction it bit lowers the pain. Tried Doxycyclin Brufen 400mg Chymoral fort Cefadroxi Also tried homeopathy APIS 30 3GLBS X BDS No cosiderable improvement, help needed
