I have a problem with my left ear It's been so painful since yesterday I don't know why even it is not ear nerve i am not able to take food because when ever i opened my mouth it's been very difficut to bear that pain what should i do ?

History isn't enough.. need to do local examination..it could be otitis externa/problem may be in the left temporomandibular joint.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
