Sweatting my hands and legs

My hands and legs are becoming sweat with out any reason on day time it is dificult is faced on while writting exams the answer book will be watered and also on class the note book become watered while writting what is the reason for this ? can you suggest Any medicine or what could i do for this. ? is this a serious issue or a side effect of any other prablem
