Sweating in Hands and feet

From last 10-11 years I am facing the problem of excess sweating in my hands and feet. Its very diificult for me to give fingerprints or shake hands or write on paper. Though when I think about this problem or I give exam sweat in hands increases but still most of the time my hands and feet are wet. Please help what to do.
