Sweating and palpitations

When I am lying down  especially when I am lying  on stomach I am experiencing sweating and palpitation strong one in the neck .as soon as I get back in sitting position it gets better and sweating doesn't occur but when I lay down i again experience sweating and palpitations . Why is this happening
