My baby is 1year old still he doesn't intake solid food. I have been trying from past 6months. He just take mother feeding and some liquid item. His weigh is 10.5kg. Often he gets cold and cough

HELLO, SOME CHILD TAKE SOME MORE TIME TO TAKE SOLID, DON'T WORRY IN LIQUID HE AT LEAST GET NOURISHMENT. WEIGHT IS O.K, ACCORDING TO CLIMATE COLD N COUGH IS NORMAL. SYR MEXTRA2.0 ML TWO TIMES FOR COLD. SYRUP EXIL D 2.0ML THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR COUGH. BOTH FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. O.K,BYE.
