I am diagnose with following reasons and what could be the cause of it Patient Details: Sex - Female Age - 45 - From 8 month having painless lymph nodes - Nonspecific reactive adenopathy - Hypochromic anemia - ESR rate : 45

It is because of infection. Do one course of oral antibiotics. Start iron supplement.

It could be due to any infection or inflammation in the throat. Start Iron supplements tab Orofer Xt once daily along with Tab Vitamin C 500mg twice daily
Next Steps
get a Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of the lymph nodes and consult an ENT specialist for the same
