Susten progestrone vaginal inj

Hi im 9weeks pregnant and my last scan was during 7w5d and baby heartbeat was 156. Today when i took progestrone vaginal, I saw a tiny red spotting in it. I dont have any abdomen pain or any sickness. Since i conceived with the help of iui doc suggested to take susten. Is their anything to worry ?
