Can anyone explain the report .I am having general weakness ,cannot walk properly and also weight loss and low grade fever.I am also a hep c positive patient and under medication

As per your report the lymph nodes only mildely enlarged. All enlarged lymph nodes are not related cancer. But you have symptoms like weight loss and fever then lymphoma to be ruled out. Need additional investigation like pet ct scan. It might solve your problems. If necessary biopsy to done
