Sir over two months ago I have faced an flank pain for 8-10 days, but now everything is normal, sir but I am currently facing chest tightness and pain on any position change, sir please suggest me is their chance of kidney stone, sir my CBC, ESR, KFT all is normal

Please undergo an USG kidney, ureter and bladder (USG KUB). Please let me know the report.
