Suspected Ischemic Heart condition

I have been suspected of having an ischemic heart condition.But subsequently cleared after looking at my eko report. The doctor has prescribed Telma H 40 (as i have blood pressure on the higher side), Ecosprin and Cilacar 10. Another has suggested metzok 50 instead of cilacar 10. Please tell me which is better. I am 50 year old with 65 KG weight.

Do Ecg.  Best thing is CT coronary angiography. Its noninvasive test. Will tell you whether u have ischemic heart disease or not
