Hello, This is an extra tooth in the centre. It’s called mesiodens and is a supernumerary tooth. You need to get it extracted (removed) & then go for orthodontic treatment (braces). No surgery is required. Your space will be totally closed but it’s possible that you need to go for some more extractions in lower arch.
