Is bilateral cingulotomy good for ocd.I have ocd(pure o) since 4 years ago.I am on Fluvoxamine 100 (fluvoxin )(1-1-1) Duloxetine (duvanta )40mg(1-0-1) Aripiprazole 2.5  mg (Ariday )(0-0-1) My ocd is reduced by 50 % but since 2 months no improvement. Do you think surgery will help

Surgery is last resort for treatment resistant ocd. Consult a psychiatrist and try Max dose of anti ocd drugs
