I have been taking folic acid (3mths) and Doxinate everyday (due to nausea, since 1month). I have stepped into 4th month of pregnancy NT scan attached. Please suggest if report look ok and what supplements should I start taking Thank you for valuable inputs

Better you should do the dual screen or NIPT if affordable cause of the maternal age consideration as there is risk of downs syndrome after 35 years
