Superficial ice pick scars

I have deep ice pick scars. After derma rolling for few times, they are 90% healed now. I have just the impressions but not the depth. My skin refuses to clear up 100%. Please advise the most effective treatment. I cannot afford to go for expensive treatments. If possible, please suggest an effective ointments and tabs . Thank you

It is difficult to clear skin of acne scars 100%. There are topical creams available which can help in reducing the scars little further. In Online consultation I can prescribe you creams which will help in reducing it.
