Sunflower seeds and centrum for concieve

I had ectopic pregnancy in Dec and also my left tube was removed. We r planning for baby again I am scared to do IUI as last time I had done IUI and had two miscarriages. I have started having sunflower seeds and centrum multivitamins. Is it the right thing I m doing please guide. I want to conceive naturally

Reason for IUI is generally some abnormality with husband semen analysis...so do consult your gynaecologist and keep trying naturally...

Hi dear, to conceive naturally, it depends on many factors. If ur one tube is already removed then ur right tube must be patent for conception and also If u had 2 miscarriages it doesn't mean they were due to IUI. Vitamins and natural products can definitely help but untill unless both of partners have undergone all tests and they are normal.
Next Steps
plz check why u had IUI at first place. If all ur tests are normal, u can definitely go for natural ways.
