I have been prescribed Sumenta bid for lack of attention ,mild anxiety and increasing memory power.I am getting benefit after eating it.My query is wether it is a addictive and dependency causing medicine. How long can it be taken safely? What happens when i stop it ..will it cause insomnia? Is it better to eat it just once in morning time so that the night sleep doesnt become dependent on this tab?
