Suggestion regarding irregular bleeding

I have been bleeding since yesterday, my last period got over on 13 th February. also, I have a severe problem of itching in vaginal area for which I have been treated twice, doctor suggesting yeast infection. Is the bleeding related to same? is it harmful? should I use suppositories suggested by previous doctor to cure my infection. please guide. Also, I am concerned whether I should use my OCP which I take on the first day of period if it's a premature case of menstruation.
