Suggestion on blood reports please

Hi Doctors, Please suggest if I need to have medicines for this ( based on this report) But only this variation happens when I'm checking from one labs..their report shows variation always When I'm checking from other labs all the blood content are ok. Please suggest medicine if required and suggestion to improve this condition. May God bless you all.

Your blood count report is absolutely normal. Don’t worry about some indices going out of range (like MCH & MCHC). They don’t carry any meaning if your Hb and WBC are fine
