Hi Professionals, I have an aunt and she suddenly unwell since last Wednesday, 1st December 2021 like she is having High fever, Vomiting, Back side pain and No urine since last 24 hours. Further, we have done investigation and it was detected that she is having Bilateral Acute Kidney Infection. Another fact, since September last week of this year, she is under medication for Kidney treat by tablets and capsules.. Creatinine Levels - 1. 4th October - 5.0 2. 1st December - 1.7 3. 4th December - 4.8 There is sudden spike has seen because of unwell.. Today, we came to know that she is having a history of HIV positive in 20 years back and taking medicines.. I am looking for all your suggestions.. What would be the right move.. It looks like dialysis needed and antibiotics too.. Looking for the right suggestions...
