Can I get pregnant after getting periods 4 times after sex, I had intercourse in march and after that I got periods in april, may, june, July. But last month periods were less than before but for 7 days( I have 7 days cycle) and after that right now I am having periods again but less. I have taken antibiotics medicines for 7 days in july end for fever, cough and throat. So, can pregnancy happen in this scenario. And I do not had sex after march.

By having intercourse in march and regular cycles after that .You can't become pregnant. Only one cycle of scanty menses can be spontaneous. It can also happen in early pregnancy but not in your case. But it will be better that you consult nearby gynaecologisy
