diabetes the primary treatment is a Healthy Lifestyle changes- diabetic diet with low caloric, fat & good protein balanced diet, if u need further help on diet please get in touch with a dietician & regular walk of atleast 150 min a week, with no more than 2 consecutive days of break, along with 2 days of resistance training exercise of possible. This will do a great help to manage ur diabetes. Medications maybe required depending on ur blood glucose levels & corresponding
HbA1C value to control ur diabetes.
Not all diabetes patients require medications. As mentioned earlier - good diet & exercise can control diabetes in nearly half of the patients.
