I was 17years old and masterbating since year and when I started I continued it for one month, and reduced to 2a month. I realised I lose it feel and periods too.in normal I get a period of two months for just 3-4dys.but nw it after 3months it continuly bleeded for a month. From 3months I am not getting months. Plz suggest home remedies as I was feared about my parents..as my family don't know about it. So I just want take it out of my life
