I am 26 weeks pregnant. I have to go for sugar test tomorrow, fasting and after taking 75g of glucose. I am taking 50mcg thyronorm as well. I have to take tsh test as well. Will taking thyronorm affect the test results of gestation diabetics. Kindly advice.

No. It will not affect. You can take the thyroid medicine as usual.
