overuse of sugar can not cause nose bleeding.bleeding from nose can occur due to either local causes or bodily causes ;of the local cause injury to nose like nose picking is common or habitual use of medicines like otrivin etc to open the nose can lead to nose bleed.of the bodily cause hypertention or high blood pressure can cause nose bleeds. an occasional nose bleed is ok but a frequent nose bleed needs to be investigated for a blood disorder like coagulation disorder -like the blood having a difficulty in clotting due to deficiencies in blood.
