I am having sugar problem in which I have a huge problem of big fodhe on my under leg in this situation I cannot stand I can,t sleep I cannot walk I cannot go to bathroom or toilet so please help me to get through from this situation

This is known as Diabetic foot..(Wegner 2 grade).Kindly consult for urgent debridement.Also u need to take care of the sugar status as this is going to worsen the situation..U can states with warm saline foot wash .That will give u urgent teleport from pain..please consult for further opinion .
