Hello Doctor, My fasting sugar level is 94 and I am not diabetic but how can I Lower my sugar levels below 94? Is 94 sugar level is borderline?

It's not a borderline.its normal. Adopt healthy life life,have more green leafy veggies,plenty water,exercise  and meditation will control the blood sugar.
