Morning with fasting sugar level observed 125, and after food 189, what precautions she need to take,can u suggest any medicine, right now no medicine taking,added amala and jamun juice in dite. She is already have heart issue since long, And she is not feeling energetic .

Once test hba1c, haemoglobin and vitamin D. Life style changes suffice. Avoid simple carbs.
