I work night shift, so I ate at 5 am chapati and went to sleep at 6 am . At 2 pm I did fasting test and I got result on glucometer 119 mg/dl so I am diabetic?

It is difficult to tell by one reading Please do post meal 2 hrs test and Hba1c that will give more insight This test you do after 8 hours of fasting so can be considered as Fasting glucose test and value is in Pre Diabtes range but it can ne higher due to altered circadian rhythm due to night shift
