Hello Doctor, My HBA1C level is 5.5 and MBG is 118. My fasting sugar level is between 100 to 110 and during the day it is always normal. How to reduce the fasting sugar level?

Some time sugar depends upon what you ate before blood testing for sugar. Your blood reports are normal. If you want to maintain  then balanced food habits, exercise  and meditation help alot.
