Hi my dad went for sugar test this morning before meal it is 250 and after meal it is 380. Is it normal what we need to do further. His age is 55

He is having diabetes, its not a normal sugar level. He will need to follow dietary changes and ensure regular exercise along with medicines. He must visit a diabetologist for treatment
