My father's sugar dips to 57 every few days. He has been prescribed insulin for past few years. His food n lifestyle is now totally in control since he is living with me but the medicines n dosage are yet same. Do you think that could be the problem?

57 is quite low. I hope he is aware when he gets these hypos. The insulin dose needs to be reduced.
