Suffering With Ring Warm Issue on Skin

Hi, From past 10months am suffering with ring warm issues on left hand and on in between ties,While i was pregnant it started and on my regular pregnancy check up i had show it my gynic and she had suggested me use ointment named as TINOVET-M,Which gave me a temporary Solution and now once again it is spreading on my left had on ties,
