My father is suffering with lever disease and he has chances for Chihrosis. He has LSM 45 kPa and cap valu 322 db/m in fibroscan report. How much his lever is damaged and can it cured

His LSM is high which is suggestive of significant liver fibrosis. We should know his liver function test, INR and CBC report to know the liver function status. Atleast ultrasound abdomen needed along with the above
