For 4 years I was suffering from rectum burning, If I ate a little spicy then I had a lot of rectum burning. Finally, last year  I did colonoscopy from a GI doctor. In the report I found to be proctitis. At that time the doctor gave me the prescription of mesacol 400 and rifagut 400 for the 10 days, But those medicines did not make any difference to me. So I have stopped the treatment for a year. Current symptoms - Difficulty in passing stool, passing mucos without bleeding, rectum numbness, feeling swelling and inflammation in rectum, After eating the feeling of going to defecation, Weight loss.

It appears to be Ulcerative colitis. Was any biopsy done im colonoscopy ? Dietery factors are very important. Plant based diet can help SIGNIFICANTLY.
