I Am Facing A Pimple Or A Little Plain Patch On My Penis And Scrotum. When I Touch It Feels Very Hard Also It Is Itchy Sometimes. The Pimples Are On The Blood Vessels Of The Penis Also On The Shaft Skin, The Scrotum Is Sunken Most Of The Times. I Am Facing This Since 14 Days. How It Is To Be Treated ? I Want To Know What It Is ? (I have Also Attached A Photo Of It)
