When i lie down on the bed and move my head or change my side, i see everything going round... the is a severe discomfort. When i get up in the morning the same process or problem takes place in a very fast manner with increased heart beat. I am also having a light pain in my left shoulder since two years... Plz tell me a solution to my problem asap.
