Suffering from right thigh mussle strain

Suffering from right thigh mussle strain for about 15 days.. Beginning normal and later increased dif in walking properly. Taken a week medicine as per doctor advice.. No change in pain or situation.. Pls help..

Hi try with knee tightening exercise and also with hamstring stretches followed by ice cube massage,if doesn't come down better consult physio or Ortho
