Hello, Am 23yrs old n unfortunately am suffering from piles from past 3weeks and it's not curing. When I sitz bath it gives me some relaxation for short period of time Later the pain n burning sensation starts When ever I use bathroom I will face hell. I tried anovate ointment which proved to be useless. Please some one suggest me a solution
