Suffering from PCOD & fibroid

Dr, i am suffering from PCOD, & trying for a baby since 6 month, but still i am not pregnant. Went to Gynecologist & did all the tests, but my periods are very irregular. not having proper flow of bleeding. Please suggest. My query is do i need to first get PCOD treated or i can be pregnant without that.
