Is parosmia curable? Is there any medicine for this problem? How long does it last? Is it going to be permanent? Onion, garlic, milk i can't tolerate their taste & smell. Their taste is feels like smoky. Kindly suggest me any medicine?

Paraosmia after Total loss like after COVID19 can be due to regeneration of nerves, which can be sign that the nerves are recovering. This usually lasts few weeks.  Most medicines are Schedule H drugs which can be legally prescribed only upon confirmation of identity via a Teleconsultation.
