What are the doses of Uvox currently? If low, then they may need to stepped up. But do it only under the guidance of a Psychiatrist

Uvox is a good anti-obsessive medication. You can go up to 200mg if you can tolerate it. If it is not helping after adequate dose & adequate duration, you can switch to a different anti-obsessional medication like clomipramine. There are also other choices
Next Steps
Go to the doctor who prescribed Uvox & ask him about alternative medication
Health Tips
Clomipramine should be taken only under doctor’s guidance

You need a detailed assessment before changing the drug or the dose. If you dont feel fully relieved, the dose can be increased or the medicine can be changed. Please book an appointment for evaluation of your symptoms and disease.
