Suffering from ocd

I have refractory ocd. I am currently on fluvator 100,arip Mt 5 I have tried all class of medicines such as ssri ,snri tricyclic antidepressants and antipsychotics. If medications don't work ,What should I go for next like surgery or something.

Generally OCD takes time for resolve so better continue medications regularly stopping medications may again leading to escalation of dosage so better be in regular follow up refractory OCD needs attention in to add medications maintain consistency about treatment

Have u ever gone through Cognitive behavioural therapy If not please consult the clinical psychologist with expertise in CBT. Probably It can help you . Surgery is the last resort. and try to increase the dose of fluvoxamine to 200 mg or switch to another antidepressant of SSRI class, for this u have to consult with psychiatrist.
