Sir I had been having longitudinal melanonychia on my first finger of right hand Doctors suggested to take biotin for 30 days but there had not been any changes... Is it a serious problem for subungal melanoma Is biopsy be safe to get the exact reason for the problem.. Where can I have safe nail biopsy and it's  pathology Plz suggest solutions...
