Dear sir, My father age 67 years suffering from cough and cold with high fever around 101 degree temperature, not much shivering. We can't take him to nearby dispensary now. Please suggest me.

hey, he could have respiratory tract infection , for temporary take antipyretic tab ,and cool externally but he may need antibiotics in IV so take him to hospital immediately
